We are pleased to offer our customers the option to have their order delivered or to collect in store. Details of each service are outlined below.

Delivery information

We are delighted to offer customers in the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland FREE delivery on all orders over 49 euro.

Our aim is to deliver the product the NEXT DAY on orders placed before 5pm. 

 

Please note: All postage details relate to items for sale on www.phillipsmenswear.ie

Note on Diesel Brand: All Diesel products can only be shipped to addresses in the Republic of Ireland. 

What happens after I place an order?

After you order is placed, you will receive an automatic email confirming you order.

All orders placed before 5pm will be collected by our couriers and delivered the next working day in 90% of cases. Otherwise it may take 2-3 business days. 

Click & Collect

If you are in the local area, our FREE Click & Collect service may be handy for you.

Step 1. Place your order online

Simply place your order with us and choose the option I'll Collect My Order instead of Please Deliver to Me at checkout stage.

Step 2. Collect in store

Once your order is ready for collection in store, we will contact you by email. When collecting your goods, remember to bring a copy of your Order Confirmation email and the payment card you used to place your order.

 

Returns Policy

 

We Hope you Love your Purchases, But If you need to return, we are here to make this as easy as possible; 

General Return Instructions

Unwanted goods must be returned in a fully resalable condition.

Tags must not be removed and fully intact.

Extra care must be taken when trying on clothing, please ensure you are not wearing any makeup, fragrance, or deodorant that may leave a scent or mark.

We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if goods are not returned in a saleable condition or are damaged.

All Items go through a Strict quality control examination to ensure they are unused & unworn. 

  • Enclosed with your order you will find a returns form.
  • Please select reason for the Return and the Action you would like us to take from the tables shown and enter into the relevant boxes above next to the item you wish to return.
  • In the case of damaged or faulty goods, please give the details of exact nature of the damage or fault in the box provided.
  • Ensure to send your parcel via a secure delivery method (we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit) and allow 7 to 10 days for your return to be actioned.
  • We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the goods returned are deemed to be damaged, worn or tampered with.This does not affect your statutory rights.
  • Cost of return postage is the responsibility of the Customer. 

 

Policy on Sale Items

We at Phillips Menswear want to make your online experience as easy and enjoyable as purchasing goods in our store. We are happy to offer a refund on goods purchased online and returned within 14 days of purchase.

These Policies relate to products purchased online only.
